Happy Halloween!

Happy Halloween! In case you can't guess... we were Koala's!

 

Chilly...so let's brunch!

You know how we told you it was getting colder last post? That was nothing! This week has been very chilly!! Luckily Mum and Dad installed these fabulous wool sleeping bags in our stroller so we stay nice and warm.

We escaped the cold weather this past weekend by brunching with friends at Morandi (they have the best scrambled eggs) and Bar Pitti (yummy meat balls).

We have been enjoying new flavors at home too... Harrison loved Mum's croissants and Stella loved Dad's massaman curry.

Both of us have finally got the hang of using our sippy cups for water.

Now that we are pros at sitting Mum and Dad keep mentioning this word 'crawling'... ? We just laugh in their faces!

FALL

Fall has really hit NYC and the temperature keeps dropping. It's time for jackets, beanies and blankets!

Each day we get much better at sitting (although Mum still surrounds us with a fence of pillows each time we play!)

We had another play date last week - this time with Jack and our friend Max.

Mum and Dad had a wedding to go to last Saturday... we decided to be kind and sleep through till 7am!

We're Back!

We have had a lovely few weeks.. lots has happened...

Uncle Trent came to visit NYC and it was great spending time with him!

We have both been teething and have started eating cold carrots to help ease the pain...

Luckily Uncle Trent brought us an emergency shipment of Heinz baby rusks from Oz!

Like good Aussie babies we are eating vegemite toast each morning!

We are both getting better at sitting on our own!

Our first Summer has come to an end. We are making the most of these final few warm days - today, we met Nick and Shawn at Madison Square Park.

Playdate

We had a lovely play date last week with our bestie Jack and two other friends - Archie and Hugo. Stella was surrounded by men!

Jack showered us with kisses... lucky us!

The rest of the weekend we brunched, lunched and hung around NYC.

We are 'big Kev' excited for a few reasons this week:

•  Stella's two bottom teeth have cut through
• Harrison's two top teeth have cut through
• Uncle Trent is visiting NYC this weekend
• Uncle Nick proposed to our future 'Aunty Shawn'!

Fall

The weather recently changed here in NYC and it feels like Fall. Mum had to rush out and get us some warm clothes as we had outgrown most things! Nanna JJ also sent us an amazing 'Bonds' care package from Oz!

 We feel so grown up in our Converse 'All Star' shoes..

Off to practice sitting again...
